During a reiki treatment, which is 50 minutes duration, you simply take off your shoes and lie on a therapy bench, or if you prefer you can remain seated. I work from your head to your feet following the energy patterns in your body and will ask you if you are comfortable with touch, I also work in the energy field around your body. Many people experience heat, cold, tingling, pleasant sensations and also see colours whilst they relax during the treatment.
