During a reiki treatment, which is 50 minutes duration, you simply take off your shoes and lie on a therapy bench, or if you prefer you can remain seated. I work from your head to your feet following the energy patterns in your body and will ask you if you are comfortable with touch, I also work in the energy field around your body. Many people experience heat, cold, tingling, pleasant sensations and also see colours whilst they relax during the treatment. Reiki treatments can also be received online. I will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a suitable time with you.
