Mindful movement for everyone, no experience needed and no steps to learn, 2 left feet and no sense of rhythm are very welcome!

We create community taking a journey into our hearts to world, popular and classical music carefully chosen with movements to connect with our love, passion and creativity birthing more joy, beauty and harmony in our lives and into the lives of others. Being proactive in creating the change we want to see in the world today.



​I am a trained Facilitator of Dancing the Rainbow and of Vital Development Vital Danza, A Clairvoyant and Energy worker.

Places MUST be confirmed, A special EARLYBIRD rate of e35 per person if prepaying with a friend or e40 per individual prepaid by 2nd December, please contact me for online payment details or postal address. Workshop fee after 2nd December is e50 per person.
