Family Constellations Healing dance Saturday 11th March 2023 at Studio Eleven, Boyle, co Roscommon, 11am to 2pm

Family constellations through movement and dance to throw a light on our family lineage, honouring our ancestors and moving to lift inherited trauma and entanglements impacting on our lives now.
We will be moving in the ancestral field, no prior dance experience needed nor a knowledge of family history, just a desire and willingness to make some change in your own life.
